Position Summary
Visa Direct is a real time payments network that helps to transform money movement globally. Visa Direct APIs and solutions enable consumer and business applications including person-to-person (P2P) transfers, business to consumer (B2C) and business to small business (B2b) payouts and government to consumer (G2C) disbursements. Large innovative companies already utilize the Visa Direct network to enable money movement such as Revolut, Wise, Square, Stripe, Airbnb, Facebook, PayPal and hundreds more.
The Visa Direct Global Sales Enablement team plays a critical role in growing the Visa Direct business and is responsible for commercial strategies and tactics to grow revenue, capturing new business support and post-sale commercial success to expand markets, use cases and verticals.
We are looking for someone who is excited to help grow our sales enablement function, and the newly established customer growth function into a scalable model, working with cross-functional teams to ensure new and existing clients on-boarded are seeing commercial success and growing transaction volume.
This is an excellent role for candidates that have Product Marketing, Project Management and Customer Analytics experience and are energized about using their skills alongside a product team to accelerate growth of one of the top global payment networks.
The role will be responsible for working across teams to coordinate and manage timelines, help drive strategies, and develop analytical tools and dashboards with a view to help grow our business with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
