The Director, Value Added Services, GTM & Commercialization will partner closely with the VAS product businesses units, regional GTM leads and solutions teams to govern and enable the process of bringing new products and services to market. This role focuses on ensuring products are aligned to client needs, ready for distribution to customers, and enabled to be sold and activated. The Director will work closely with regional sales and product leaders to support and enable those teams for success, as well as with other teams within the VAS Strategy and Commercial Operations organization.
This role sits at the intersection of multiple product organizations and all regions of Visa, requiring organizational savvy and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience launching products to clients in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines.
This is a unique opportunity to drive product delivery excellence within Visa’s business while collaborating with key members of the Product Organization on a regular basis. This role reports to the Senior Director, VAS Commercialization.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 152,200.00 to 210,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
