Job Description

In this role, you will engage clients and partners on new product market fit, propositions, requirements, pilot strategy, scoping, implementation, launch and optimization for one of our key new capabilities – Visa Flexible Credential. You will drive solutioning and validation, test and learn frameworks, launch and drive early product and commercial playbooks. You will work with cross-functional global and regional teams to fast-track how we shape and launch successful new products with clients and partners across markets. Visa Flexible Credential is a new network capability that allows cardholders to assign many funding sources to one card to pay flexibly, enabling issuers to offer new products under a single credential. From acquisition to cross sell and loyalty, Visa Flexible Credential helps issuers offer consumers the convenience of choice with the comfort of control, promoting top-of-wallet behaviors, while also lowering operating costs over time.   • Contribute to Visa Flexible Credential’s key propositions strategy and product roadmap in Europe.
  • Develop & prioritise consumer and commercial business and use cases for market/client pilots.
  • Contribute to requirements, user stories and epics based on market/client validation, representing EU/UK for global product roadmaps.
  • Partner the design, solutions & tech teams to research, test and deliver best in class user experience standards for key propositions and use cases.
  • Define pilot go to market strategies and successfully manage new products and features in markets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive client pilot fast track programs in markets, taking solutions from definition & validation into pilot implementation, launch and optimization.
  • Support enabler certifications/integrations in collaboration with different functions, both global and regional.
  • Own, evaluate, improve commercial and experience OKRs from revenue targets to conversion rates on pilots.
  • Produce various assets from product positioning to product sheets, presentations etc.
  • Champion Visa’s Visa Flex Credential internally and externally.
  • Follow market trends, competition, regulation, emerging technologies, and potential disruptive forces.
  • Drive thought leadership and innovation by proposing new product concepts and breakthrough features.
  •  Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Product management with experience across banking, wallet, card schemes and payments.
  • Sound technical knowledge across core banking, processing and payment technologies.
  • Track record in new product development, solutioning, validation, pilot go to market commercial strategies and implementation.
  • Extensive experience of being a member of teams that operate using agile working methodologies and principles, co-designing with clients and partners.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about emerging technologies and trends, with extensive experience in working with designers, developers and technical teams.
  • A good understanding and willingness to apply Human Centered Design (Design Thinking, sprints, etc.) principles to your work.
  • Ability to work independently and steer complex decisions with different stakeholders.
  • Great product storyteller, able to convincingly present product roadmap & business cases.
  • A change leader, comfortable working in matrixed teams.
  • Program /project management skills would be preferred but not mandatory.
  • Tools - JIRA, Wiki, Figma, MS Office, MS Dynamics, Tableau
  • Strong background in technology partnership and contract management.
  • English proficiency, German optional.
