About the role:
Vistar Media has created a 9-week program, where students will gain hands-on working experience and knowledge about the advertising technology landscape, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with different departments within Vistar’s organization. We’re looking for college students who are passionate and eager about the innovative media industry.
Our summer interns will work 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) for the duration of the internship program and will be expected to be in the office. The internship will run from June 9th until August 13th.
The Partnership Development Intern will support the Client Partnerships team in their pursuit of ensuring maximal revenue output from channel partners. The intern will gain exposure to Client Success / Account Management business operations on a small and dynamic team with the opportunity to make a big impact. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a postgrad role in business development, sales, or partnerships within the advertising industry.

What you’ll do:
Research and identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth across a set book of channel partners
Gain hands-on media planning experience in Vistar’s world-class DSP by assisting in pulling media plans for clients
Assist in developing and refining pitch decks and other client collateral such as quarterly business reviews and partnership check-ins
Audit YoY billing trends and proactively reach out to partners to ensure YoY revenue retention
Troubleshoot live campaigns and proactively reach out to client stakeholders to
recommend (and in some cases, implement) optimizations
Help coordinate in-person events and client visits, identify other opportunities to thrill and delight our valued clients
Work on a longitudinal capstone project to complete by the end of summer
Participate in ad hoc data entry / administrative support in Salesforce
Who you are:
Rising junior or senior enrolled at an accredited college or university
Experience working in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Experience working in Google Suite, a plus
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Eager to learn, proactive, and outgoing
Good listener and hard worker
Willing to step up and contribute to a small and quick moving team
