We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our young and energetic marketing team. The role is responsible to shape and elevate our brand identity, engage with our target audience, and drive the success of our marketing campaigns, not limited to locations and formats.

What you’ll do: 

• Content Creation: Develop brand-focused materials such as social media posts, blog articles, website content, CRM communications (like eDM and Omnichat) and many more marketing collateral.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
• Campaign Management: Assist in the execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, not limited to ATL/BTL.
• Collaboration and Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and agencies to support brand initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Administrative Support: Assisting the team in managing calendars, events coordination and many more ad-hoc marketing projects are awaiting you.

Who we’re looking for: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, With experience in the consumer goods industry/ FMCG is highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Digital mindset encompasses innovative marketing approaches, social media trends, and AI knowledge
• Strong organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and familiarity with industry trends.
• Passion for marketing, brand development, and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing innovations.
