* 5 years Web Services (REST/JSON, SOAP, WSDL)

* 5 years EDI Transaction Sets (270/271, 276/277, 837)

* 5 years ActiveMQ

* 5 years SQL and Stored Procedures and relational database design

* 5 years Spring Security

* 5 years JDBC

* 5 Unix Environment/scripting

* 5 Familiar with GIT source control

* 5 Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Junit, HTTPUnit, Selenium, etc.

* 3 years experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle

Preferred Skills:

* BPM Platforms

* Medicaid eligibility system/business operations experience

* Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience

* Medicaid operations experience
