Job Description

The Sr. Manager of Community, will lead our community engagement strategy, driving growth and fostering a vibrant community around our brand. You will manage a team of Community Managers and collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment in our community initiatives. This position involves overseeing a critical markets and driving forward initiatives focused on health and wellness. 

Qualifications

What you'll get to do: 

  • Manage and mentor Community Managers, providing guidance on strategy, initiatives, and clarity regarding their roles. 
  • Conduct weekly touch-base meetings (TBs) with Community Managers to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Partner with the Director and Marketing teams to develop and execute a cohesive community strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. 
  • Assist in building a Community Library that includes one-pagers, philosophies, and resources to support community engagement and best practices. 
  • Cultivate relationships with community members, influencers, and partners to enhance brand loyalty and new customer acquisition. 
  • Monitor community feedback and sentiment to inform strategic decisions and improve customer experience. 
  • Analyze community metrics and reports to measure engagement and impact, making data-driven adjustments as needed. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure community needs are met. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve community engagement strategies.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $130,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
