FCTO Program Coordinator

We are in search of a FCTO Program Coordinator to work proactively and independently on customer strategy, value, operational excellence/COE and innovation objectives. The ideal candidate will have the responsibility of comprehending and implementing the strategic blueprint for assessing, quantifying, and boosting digital adoption and value maturity for our clients. This role is internally oriented and will collaborate closely with the Field CTO Leadership team, who will establish the vision and success criteria in alignment with our corporate goals.


What You'll Own
  • Execute project plans for development and innovation of WalkMe’s proprietary, core toolkits. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and ownership involved. 
  • Ability to work independently - e.g. report on task and project/task completion, running reports, content maintenance, and other daily activities. 
  • Run online operations for FCTO resources such as online knowledge, customer support pages, website resources, onboarding resources, etc.
  • Keep an informed presence in related cross-functional initiatives, defining intersection points and managing associated risk.
  • Seek feedback and obtain consensus across stakeholders from project initiation through final approval.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather business requirements and execute tasks
  • Oversee program performance data, produce reports and identify/escalate risks/alerts.
  • Drive a culture of feedback & continuous improvement, looking for new and different ways to innovate.
  • Ensure all program activities comply with the company policies and regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in digital transformation and/or change management.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple projects at once.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of website content management. 
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Desire to support the team to achieve department objectives and goals.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.


What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a professional setting.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or CAPM) is a plus.
  • WalkMe Project Lead Certification is a plus.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $79,000 and $93,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
