Our CAC business includes Frozen foods, Adult beverages, Dairy and Candy, Convenience, Fuel.Supporting the entire Walmart US segment, the role requires a broad understanding across the entire business to enable input into all major financial decisions and will often be required to work in matrixed situations.The ability to challenge all aspects of the business in delivering improved performance whilst maintaining strong working relationships is key to success in this role. MBA highly preferred• 5 year of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects• 5 years of supervisory experience• 5 + years of experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization• 5 + years of experience of Strategic Planning• Merchandising Finance experience• Experience working in Fortune 100 finance• Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills• Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency• Comfort with ambiguityBenefits & PerksBeyond competitive pay, you can receive incentive awards for your performance.
