Compensation: $60,000-$72,000/year
How does our IT Services Support Technician Drive Impact?
- User lifecycle management
Primary administration of user access additions, updates, and removal
Coordination with HR team for onboarding employee management
Liaison for non-standard requests
Administration of Specialist role documentation
-Tier I & II information technology support
Provide support via phone, walk-ins, and ticket system
Provide on-site support to dealerships in a very limited capacity.
Diagnose hardware and software issues
Advise user on appropriate actions, as needed
Follow policy and procedure to escalate issues to Senior Technician
Assign tickets to designated technicians, as needed
Create tickets for issues reported by phone or walk-in
-Maintain Technology Department inventory
Intake and Organization
-End-point maintenance
Imaging
Provisioning and Deployment
-Create knowledge base documentation for new policies and procedures, while maintaining existing knowledge base items.
-Stay current with system and application information, changes and updates
- 1 to 2-years Current experience
- 2-year Degree in a computer related discipline, or current technical certifications, or equivalent experience
- Available for an on-call rotation
- Windows 10/11 experience required
- M365 / Entra management recommended
- Windows Server knowledge recommended / experience a plus
- Must be able to manage changing priorities and the ability to handle several simple tasks simultaneously
- Must be organized and possess technical written and verbal communication skills
- Must have exceptional customer service skills, personality, a service mindset, and strong problem-solving skills
- Able to interact and work with others as part of a team and understand how their work supports the team’s goals
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to occasionally travel to out-of-state locations
