We seek a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Strategy and Technology Sr. Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop technology-focused project plans for nascent spaces, guiding business strategy with industry trend/behavior analysis, research, and insights generation, by developing strategic presentations and briefs to lead Business Development, Product Management, and Creative within the Digital Innovation team.
This role also involves understanding and dissemination of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT connected physical products, and other content-related technologies, across Disney Consumer Product teams and other business units, aiding in discussions, aligning opportunities, and refining project/business scope, for current and prospective partners. Additionally, this role will assist the Director of Technology & Strategy in canvasing and researching the external technology landscape, keeping a pulse on category-relevant nascent spaces, inclusive of blockchain, extended reality, generative/agentic AI, and more.
This role can be based in Glendale, CA, New York City, NY or Orlando, FL.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $78,200 to $104,800 per year, in New York City, NY is $82,000 to $109,800 per year, and in Orlando, FL is $74,500 to $99,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
