Staff Fullstack Software Engineer, AI Evaluation

Wayve is a pioneer in Embodied AI technology for autonomous driving, developing advanced AI software that enables vehicles to navigate complex environments. They seek a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer to build evaluation tools essential for accelerating AI Driver development and ensuring the performance of autonomous driving models.

Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
Experience with React or similar front-end frameworks
Strong SQL skills and database optimization knowledge
Ability to design and implement high-performance APIs
Experience building production-level fullstack systems

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end fullstack features for internal AI evaluation tools
Collaborate with users and cross-functional teams to gather feedback and prioritize features
Ensure software reliability, performance, and maintainability
Make architectural decisions to support scalable product development
Utilize AI tools to improve development workflows and product quality

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
