WinnCompanies is searching for a General Maintenance Technician - Change of Occupancy Maintenance to join our military housing team at Fort Drum, NY.
In this role, you will perform Change of Occupancy Maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds, and parking lots. You will also ensure that all service is performed safely and results in favorable customer feedback.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $21.96 to $22.20 per hour, depending on experience.
