Deine Aufgaben

Bist du bereit, ein Teil unseres kleinen Teams zu werden und die interne Kommunikation bei der Wüest Partner Gruppe nachhaltig mit deinen Ideen zu prägen? Auf dich wartet ein hochspannendes Umfeld, in dem du selber mitgestalten und dich persönlich entfalten kannst.

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmassnahmen jeglicher Art für die Wüest Partner Gruppe
  • Planen, Verfassen und Redigieren von Inhalten für unsere internen Kommunikationsplattformen (Text, Bild & Video)
  • Konzeption und Organisation interner Events
  • Pflege, Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung interner Kommunikationskanäle (Intranet, Newsletter)
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der internen Kommunikationsstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
  • Unterstützung bei der Transformation und wachstumsbedingten Herausforderungen im Unternehmen durch gezielte interne Kommunikationsmassnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Divisionen, Standorten und Tochtergesellschaften

Qualifikationen

Du bringst mit

  • Hochschulabschluss in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Business Administration oder ähnliche / gleichwertige Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung
  • 2-5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation (Storytelling, Redaktionelles, Community Management, Social Media) in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Leidenschaft und Präzision für das Schreiben
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Starke:r Kommunikator:in mit hohem Mass an Kreativität gepaart mit einer Hands-on Mentalität, eigenständiger Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an neuen Trends der internen Kommunikation, der Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Kommunikationskonzepten sowie den Prozessen dahinter
