Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LSCSW and LCPC) - Part-Time to Full-Time in the nursing home setting.

Xpress Wellness has added behavioral health services to our traditionally urgent care service model to meet a growing need for quality mental health services. We have also expanded into primary care, post-acute care and behavioral health services in long term care facilities.
Job Details:
- Provide behavioral health care services in nursing facilities, telehealth across the state, and certain rural clinics.
- Collaborate with dedicated teams in Xpress Wellness long term care facility services and urgent care.
- Focus on direct patient care with administrative support.

Location:
- Multiple opportunities across the Tulsa and surrounding areas.
- Focus on rural areas with limited resources.
- Current license in Clinical Social Work, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist in Oklahom.
- Basic Life Support (training provided).
- Interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated competency in provision of functional assessments, brief solution-focused therapy, diagnosing mental conditions, motivational interviewing and other relevant skill sets related to mental health care.

- Basic computer and telecommunication technology skills.
