Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
Ensure timely, accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually
Evaluate and optimize financial systems and tools to enhance scalability and efficiency
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead audit preparations and maintain compliance with all financial regulations
Support company growth initiatives including IPO readiness preparation
Manage vendor relationships and lead finance team fostering a culture of excellence

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or equivalent professional certification required
