They seek a Global Program Leader for Performance and Development to innovate and scale employee performance and career growth programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience designing and leading global talent programs in performance management, career or skills development
Ability to integrate performance, career, and rewards systems at scale
Experience building manager enablement tools and coaching frameworks
Strong partnership skills with diverse, global teams
Data-driven program management and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Design and implement global performance and career development programs that empower employee growth and align with business strategy
Build and scale frameworks and tools linking individual contributions to organizational success and supporting transparent, equitable career progression
Partner cross-functionally to align performance, skills development, and rewards systems across regions
Leverage data analytics and program metrics to assess impact and inform talent strategy
Champion a culture of accountability and enablement by equipping managers with coaching tools and embedding growth-oriented practices

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
