Responsibilities

Design and manage the core operating rhythm for the engineering organization to ensure accountability and predictability
Provide objective program health assessments and risk mitigation advice to senior leadership
Lead interventions on critical or at-risk programs to diagnose issues, develop turnaround plans, and ensure execution
Mentor technical program managers, develop best practices, and elevate the TPM function's impact

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
