They are seeking a seasoned Staff UI Engineer specialized in React.js to join their Unified Experiences Platform team to build high-performance, resilient UI components.

Skills

Proficient in JavaScript development with strong experience building and deploying ReactJS applications
Expertise in creating clear, up-to-date documentation, testing, and automation in UI engineering workflows
Exceptional problem-solving skills and creative technical solutions development
Ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience fostering engineering excellence and driving innovation

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high performance resilient UI using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind
Document and communicate technical specifications to align with stakeholders
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver best-in-class products
Identify and resolve technical challenges using robust test automation strategies
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability

Education

Relevant degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, or related field
