About the role I have built a consistent clientele base of return customers through delivering individualized lessons for a wide variety of students from diverse cultural backgrounds and varying levels of English proficiency. Scheduling classes with clients across varying time zones throughout the world and maintaining appointments through scheduling calendar has been very helpful. I create personalized lessons for all clients based on their language, career, and life goals; for example helping a client pass the IELTS exam or preparing for a job interview in English. It's important that I manage time effectively to ensure the client has a productive session for the amount of time that was scheduled.

About the role In this role I developed creative and critical thinking skills on how to communicate effectively with children (age 5-12) with beginner level English skills. Collaborating in online groups helped to ensure that company expectations were met and overall client satisfaction was exceeded. About the role I was responsible for conducting training sessions for new employees on guest service expectations, safety procedures, proper food handling, and restaurant protocols. Resolving customer issues through sincere empathy, a friendly demeanor, and genuine care for the customer experience were part of the daily routine. Building rapport with customers ensured repeat business and I was able to retain strong relationships with guests over many years. I also had the opportunity to upsell food, liquor, and merchandise in order to increase revenue and maintain a high sales record.
