I do not have one particular work accomplishment I am most proud of, I see wins as progress to a long-term goal. I have worked with the same client for two years and have lead their media relations strategy, to organizing and running part of their annual conference. At the end of the day all these wins lead to a strong relationship with the client that I am very proud of.
Elizabeth is a public relations specialist. Currently, she is a Director at The Herald Group supporting a variety of teams. In her position, she is responsible for managing the day to day communications with clients as well as helping to direct her overall teams' strategies. Elizabeth leads the workflow and internal management for her ten accounts while balancing budgets and ensuring deliverables are met on time. Previously, Elizabeth worked in Burson Cohn & Wolfe's New York corporate and financial practice, clients including consumer banking, healthcare, technology and B2B brands. Her responsibilities mainly focused in financial communications and M&A such as leading media strategy for quarterly earnings, creating press releases and other messaging materials, researching and bench marking competitors, and developing pitches. Â Originally from a suburb right outside Washington, D.C., Elizabeth has lived up and down the east coast. From her undergraduate degree in English and Environmental Studies at Wofford College in South Carolina to her Masters of Science in Public Relations at Boston University, she has enjoyed every second exploring new cities and making new friendships. Â Elizabeth's passions include education, mental health awareness and sustainability. She is a member of the Patrick P. Lee Foundation, which provides scholarship opportunities for engineering students and raises community awareness of mental illnesses.
