Anyone else just use 1 main CV?

I’m tired of customizing it for every job. AI helps but I still end up rereading and tweaking anyway. Kinda thinking of building one version w/ good keywords and just using that.

Curious what’s worked for you guys? open to tips or hacks if you got em 🙏
