Big tech hiring processes are straight chaos

had a bunch of interviews, did the whole loop. thought it went well. recruiter told me “everyone liked you, just not for this team”

this week they reach back out, “we think you’re a great fit for this role!”

only for the interviewer to sound annoyed and confused the whole time. like bruh, you asked for me

he didn’t even know who I was and threw shade at my resume like I wasn’t already vetted

30 hours gone. no offer. just vibes and disappointment 😩
