They track our job history, credit, even social media sometimes. But we canโt track who never calls back? make it make sense
Imagine a site called โDidTheyGhostYouโ where people can search recruiters like Yelp reviews ๐ theyโd clean up real fast
not public but I def keep notes on whoโs wasted my time before. if I see the same recruiter pop up? not even clicking apply
Like a running list where we add every HR/recruiter/hiring manager who lies, ghosts, or straight-up wastes our time. Just imagine being able to check if someoneโs full of crap before you waste 3 weeks on their process. Theyโd probably freak out if we made it public but maybe thatโs the pressure they need. Iโm tired of these people getting away with it.
