Help I need a remote job before this one kills me

@Dollar tree My job has caused me to get stomach ulcers cause the stress .My boss is lazy and want listen to anyone period...it's her and nothing else .She ignores your calls.Im a assistant store manager and I tell my people the rules and try to up hold them.she turns around tells them it's don't listen to me and these orders come from corporate.i need a job at job for my health please
