I feel like the only people who can get jobs are FANG engineers

same boat and ngl it’s discouraging. but i’ve been trying to shift mindset like ok, maybe I’m not FANG but I’m still leveling up and learning.

tbh hiring managers care more about how you solve problems + communicate than if you worked at Meta or w/e. don’t undersell urself

Don’t give up!! i know it feels hopeless sometimes but hiring is wild rn. Some of the best gigs come from networking or random convos not just prestige

nah that’s def not true. FANG looks shiny but there’s sooo many good jobs at smaller co’s, startups, even remote gigs. don’t count urself out!!
