I’d try having a convo w/ her if it feels safe. something casual like “hey just checking in, wanted to see if you had any feedback for me lately.” sometimes that opens doors

been in a similar spot and it turned out my boss just had a LOT going on behind the scenes. i thought she hated me lol but we ended up working really well together later on.

Honestly, I’ve found that if I don’t constantly agree with or flatter a female boss, she’ll decide she’s not a fan and make my work life miserable. At that point, there's not much I can do to change her mind, and I just have to stick it out until I move on to a new role. But with male leadership, it feels like there’s more of a chance to “reset” after a disagreement and actually improve the working relationship pretty quickly.
