I agree it is so hard to find a job, it makes me wonder if these companies even want employees
THIS! I have went going on 3 years with no luck and when i tell you i am about to lose it from going crazy.
We're all on the same boat... hopefully things don't get worse..things have to turn around soon...
keep trying! you’ll get there everything!
I agree, I have never had so many issues finding employment.
That is the truth! I lookmat myself and my background and knowledge; and i wonder why I can't find anything.
I feel your pain. I too have applied to a ton of jobs and nothing but 1099 sales.
Very true, I try to stay positive and keep pushing forward
I try to keep a positive attitude and practice reframing this situation. It is ok to feel what you need to. It will work out! and you are not alone!!
I'm at a loss on the new process. I've been out of work since July. I'd love some feedback or suggestions. I have over 20 yrs in healthcare revenue cycle. a proven record and a home office. I have experience in other fields as well. Remote has been the past 8 yrs. I've asked for help and feedback.... It has not come YET!
I have been on this job hunt journey for two years now after a layoff. The AI landscape combined with the amount of layoffs is really making landing just an interview a pipe dream. I am not sure what more I can do. I have optimized my resume and also cater each resume to the jobs. The market is a dumpster fire.
Right! Why can't employers even give you the courtesy of a response to thank you for taking the time to apply. I think the least they could do is let you know they selected someone else for the position.
Also, it's so frustrating trying to find LEGIT job listing's. Seems most jobs you click the "apply" button for, takes you to some other website to sign up yet again, when you log in, you can't even find the job you wanted to apply for in the first place.
Then they suggest you get into a chat session and introduce yourself... that's not why I'm here, not for socializing or networking. I just want to find a legitimate second job for additional income - because it seems that having just one decent paying full time job is simply not enough to support oneself!
I’m looking for a part time flexible job that allows me to be involved with my kids sports. I’m looking for data entry or things along that line.
you LITERALLY need a job just to live. without a job you can’t buy food. can’t pay rent. can’t survive. it’s not some special thing. it’s a basic need. just like water in your house. and guess what? even water needs a job to pay for it.
i have YEARS of experience. and still can’t get the most basic job. it’s just... depressing. getting rejected over and over. it’s like being told i don’t even deserve a chance to live.
