Got the layoff notice this morning at literally 5AM. No heads-up, no team-wide heads-up, just a cold system-generated email while it was still dark out. Honestly, I didn’t even think I’d be on the list. Everything felt “business as usual” yesterday. Now I’m sitting here, wide awake, unemployed, and numb. I know a bunch of other teams got hit too—anyone else affected?
