Layoffs, burnout, no protection. Is it time to start unionizing?

Unions take time and legal groundwork, but you're rightt something has to really change.
i’ve been feeling this too. It’s like the illusion of safety is gone and all that’s left is us. Maybe organizing is how we start healing!
we gave them loyalty and they gave us a layoff email at 9AM.
if we don’t protect ourselves, no one will
Absolutely feeling this. The loyalty is one-sided and perks don't mean protection. We need collective power, whether it's unions or just workers standing together.
They don’t realize until it’s too late that they’re just as disposable. That ‘middle class immunity’ mindset gotta go 👎
they KNOW we got power if we organize. that’s why they push all that “we’re a family” stuff to keep us quiet while they slash jobs
Between constant layoffs, return-to-office mandates, and zero job security, I’m starting to think unions shouldn’t just be for factory workers or teachers. Why don’t more white collar workers, especially in tech and corporate, organize? We’re disposable to these companies, no matter how “valued” they say we are. I don’t know the logistics, but emotionally? Spiritually? I feel like the moment is now.
