SpaceX flew me to Florida just to cancel the roles mid-process

I interviewed with THREE teams in Cape Canaveral. Killed every round, recruiter said I crushed it then boom, “oh, actually the VP never approved any of these positions”

bro… I flew in from Boston. stayed up all night prepping. 30 hours of work down the drain. the process was 11 rounds total. ELEVEN. presentation, tech panel, 6 one-on-ones, even a written test and they didn’t even get hiring approval first?? I’m never doing this circus again.
