Sometimes short-term contracts pay better and open doors quicker than perm roles. Might be worth a shot while you figure stuff out
you prob do still got potential to move up but 2 years of rejection will kill anyone’s motivation. Maybe pause the grind a bit and breathe?
I’ve been applying for 2 years, and every horror story on this sub? yeah it’s happened to me. ghosted by recruiters, “we’ll follow up” emails that go nowhere, rejection after rejection
I have a job now, remote, but it’s 38k a year and barely covers sh*t. 2% raises in 3 years lol. can’t move out. can’t upgrade. and honestly? I feel like I wasted the last year applying non-stop
is it even worth grinding anymore?? or do I just stay stuck and accept it?
