🌱 What are the signs that a company is a green flag?

Company online engagement and transparency are two major factors. If I am able to find most information through research and get good communication back, that is a great sign. Online reviews are good to start as well as getting some personal experiences from past employees if you're able to privately communicate with some. I'm also of the mindset that not all "bad" reviews are "bad" so I'm very openminded and would place myself in those scenarios to gauge from my own perspective.

You can't always tell until you're there! But I think, Glassdoor reviews is a solid way to get a sense of what to expect. So if there's a lot of good reviews, I know the company is green flag!
