Who Is The Affinitiv Diversity Council?

We are BRIDGE: Building Real Inclusion via Deliberate Growth and Empathy.

BRIDGE is a group of progress minded Affinitiv team members and leaders who have volunteered to jumpstart and lead our diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives and strategies. We are a group of people from many different backgrounds, cultures, abilities, and life experiences.

Council Purpose

To lead and guide the diversity management process with respect to policies and practices that achieve our Vision and Mission.

How every Affinitiv team member can help BRIDGE attain our Mission

In order to help ensure true inclusion and collaboration within every facet of the Affinitiv community, our Council will be made up of Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to bring representation and leadership both from Council members and team members.

In order to be a true representation of Affinitiv as a diverse company, we need the proactive involvement of our team members. We are one Affinitiv community made up of many different people with their own diversity, experiences, and points of view, and all have a place at the table.

As the saying goes, it takes a village to move a mountain. Without you, we will not be able to influence the present and impact the future.

Our 9-week paid internship program will be a challenging, yet rewarding experience.

Professional skills developed through the program:

• Ability to manage time and schedule.
• Ability to develop relationships and confidence with clients and internal key stakeholders. 
• Capacity to handle numerous tasks and objectives working cross-functionally. 
• Understand the needs of the client and organization; deliver results based on objectives.
• Sharpen your presentation skills by delivering an end of program presentation to your team on your project work, results, and key-take-aways of your internship experience.
• Weekly open Q & A sessions with Executive Leadership including CEO for career mentoring, professional advice and ask about anything you are curious about.
