Pros

This is a professional company that hires quality personnel. That much is apparent upon meeting anyone on staff. They invest in developing their internal teams while maintaining lifestyle balance wherever possible. Career development paths are clear and support is available across departments.

Cons

Some positions require lots of travel and you must be ok with spending time on the road. Accommodations are nice and reimbursements are quick for the most part though.
