Manager, Software Engineering - Application Platform

Figma is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering for the Application Platform team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high output engineering teams working on distributed systems, infrastructure components, and leading development of core frameworks and systems.

Responsibilities

Manage, support and grow a diverse team of engineers for scalable services
Collaborate with backend developers on core frameworks and systems
Evangelize best practices for high code quality
Set strategy, priorities, and mission for teams and projects
Establish trust and positive work environment within and across teams
