Lifestance Health is seeking a talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our esteemed team at our Ft. Benjamin Harrison clinic. If you have at least 1 year of experience as a PMHNP and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care while maintaining clinical excellence, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for an individual who is comfortable treating adult to geriatric patients, as this is an integral aspect of our clinic's focus. • Indiana licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• 1 year of experience required as PMHNP minimum
• Experienced in working with children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as psychotherapy.
