Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees
Manage existing and new business development rotations
Execute product education and consultation strategies
Drive revenue growth through new business development
Support retail segment sales through merchandising and promotions
Attend company-sponsored events and meetings
Education
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience
Preferred: Salon Professional outside sales and Salon industry experience
