Salon Business Development Manager - Dallas/Austin/Houston, Texas

Nutrafol, a pioneer in hair wellness, is seeking a Salon Business Development Manager for Texas to drive business growth and brand loyalty in the salon industry. Ideal candidate must be based in Texas and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees
  • Manage existing and new business development rotations
  • Execute product education and consultation strategies
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development
  • Support retail segment sales through merchandising and promotions
  • Attend company-sponsored events and meetings

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales and retail experience
  • Preferred: Salon Professional outside sales and Salon industry experience
