IT Support Staff

We are hiring an experienced IT Support Staff.


Responsibilities:
  • Handling support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and end-user hardware
  • Assessing and pre-qualifying incidents and service requests for the IT back-end team
  • Assisting in the implementation and enhancement of optimization measures


Your Profile:
  • Completed IT-related training or strong IT affinity
  • Experience in IT support or a strong interest in technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in German, ideally with English skills
