Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Ackermann Group, you are responsible for troubleshooting various resident service issues, including HVAC, general appliance work, and plumbing. The Maintenance Technician position at Ackermann Group typically follows a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additionally, there is an emergency on-call rotation as designated by the Property Manager to address urgent maintenance issues that may arise.
