Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a Door Host to join our team located in San Diego.


Compensation: $19 - $20 an hour


Schedule: Friday – Tuesday: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM


What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors upon their arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Answer telephones and address people who have approached the property with politeness and clarity.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Association’s rules, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Familiarize oneself with the Association’s amenities and surroundings to guide and assist residents and their guests effectively.
  • Operate and park vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, safely and efficiently.


Who You Are (Skills/Experience)
  • Six months of customer service experience. Preferably valet or greeter experience in hospitality or luxury property management.
  • Must have a valid California Driver’s License
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong critical thinking skills. Must be solutions oriented and understand "white glove service".
  • High attention to detail.
  • Personable and capable of building a strong rapport with residents and guests.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.


$19 - $20 an hour
