To carry out our mission we are looking for a CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF
Design and implement an end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy that integrates marketing, sales, and customer success, with the goal of optimizing performance and maximizing revenue.
Design and implement advanced automated workflows for managing the lead lifecycle, nurturing contacts, and optimizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Work closely with the IT team to integrate and optimize all company platforms (CRM, marketing automation, ERP, BI, etc.), ensuring data consistency and a unified view of the customer.
Conduct in-depth analyses to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities in relation to financial goals, developing insights to inform future strategies.
Map the complete customer journey, identifying critical stages and proposing initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, increase conversion rates, and improve satisfaction.
Optimize the sales funnel by implementing advanced lead nurturing strategies and streamlining transitions between various stages of the customer lifecycle.
Develop and manage Revenue Growth programs, including new pricing programs. Identify and test new strategies for entering new markets, cross-selling, and up-selling, with the aim of increasing revenue in a scalable way.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics related to marketing and sales performance (KPIs such as leads, conversions, customer lifecycle, revenue, etc.).
WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH
At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations in technology or digital companies.
Expertise in scalable platforms: experience managing technological platforms with a focus on scalability, security, and performance, ensuring optimal user experience in a dynamic environment.
Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM, experience with marketing automation in HubSpot, including campaign creation and lead management.
Experience in media, SaaS, or tech companies, with in-depth knowledge of recurring revenue models.
In-depth knowledge of key marketing and sales metrics, with experience in applying advanced funnel analysis techniques and conversion optimization.
Analytical skills: ability to use data to analyze and optimize platform performance, with a strong focus on achieving high-quality results.
Communication and leadership: excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (C1) and the ability to collaborate with different teams (technical, marketing, operations), as well as external stakeholders. Ability to manage priorities and motivate the team toward common goals.
Results-oriented mindset: practical and results-driven approach with the ability to make quick decisions to improve the platform continuously.
