Join us in a permanent role, kick-starting with a 2-Year development program, designed to help build your career at AECOM and ensure you are equipped with a strong foundation to transition into a professional role at the completion of the program.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Ports & Marine team. 

Our Ports and Marine Structural Engineers are at the forefront of Maritime Structures trends. Innovation is key when it comes to maritime projects. We’ve built our reputation on incorporating new technologies in ports projects around the world. Our professionals have helped plan automated container terminals on five continents and delivered the world’s first shore-to-ship power system for marine oil tankers. We integrate innovation into our plans, models and designs, delivering projects that will serve our clients today and in the future. 

As you progress through our recruitment process, you'll have the opportunity to select your preferred discipline and location, along with second and third choices. To be considered for this role, please choose "Civil - Structural" as your first preferred discipline. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
  • Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2026. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.
