Honda Brand Specialist

Fantastic opportunity at All Roads/Norris Honda for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Baltimore. Our ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail oriented and have a passion for customer satisfaction. Use your high energy in this fast-paced environment where we offer flexible work schedules, a 40 hour work week and an opportunity for growth! Bilingual experience a plus (Spanish). Prior experience in retail sales, restaurant business and customer facing sales is a plus! This is a full time benefits eligible opportunity. Guaranteed paid training for the first 90 days!

Responsibilities:

  • Customer focused-determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
  • Take customers on a test drive and demonstrate automotive features (must have a valid driver’s license)
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales!
  • Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
  • Effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) to track customer interactions and follow up efforts
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customers prior to customer arrival
  • Perform the delivery presentation- ensuring the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
