Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established time limits
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Stay informed on company products, services, and updates
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in a customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
