In this role, you will support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and client-facing activities. You will work closely with our Events Coordinator and other departments to ensure all events align with our company’s goals and run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, workshops, and conferences

  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and materials

  • Communicate with vendors and manage event timelines and budgets

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution

  • Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for future improvements
