POSITION SUMMARY  
The Program Manager oversees a variety of projects supporting the Executive Team and multiple company initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent project manager with the ability to work on diverse initiatives and ensure their successful execution. Additionally, they should possess expertise in creating impactful presentations and graphics for both print and digital formats.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively with internal teams, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of Crystal Mountain Ski Resort through strong organizational and creative skills.

This is a hybrid role, typically working 2 days on-site and 3 days remotely.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES  

•    Executive Branch Cadence & Project Management: Driving the initiatives and agendas of the Executive Office.  Lead, coordinate, and manage a variety of projects across different departments, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the resort’s strategic goals
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Team and Human Resources departments to prioritize projects, gather requirements, and ensure seamless communication across all teams.
•    Creative Presentations: Design and produce engaging presentations, graphics, and visual content for both internal and external use, including digital and print formats. This includes reports, proposals, promotional materials, and more.  About telling the story. Synthesize complex information into an executive level narrative.
•    Timeline and Budget Management: Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently. Maintain project budgets and report on financial performance.
•    Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and potential risks. Maintain clear communication with all levels of the organization.
•    Human Resources Support: Assist the HR team with projects related to employee engagement, development programs, and company-wide initiatives.
•    Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and strategies for improving processes and increasing efficiency in both project management and creative content delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS      
•    Proven experience in creating and delivering presentations, including graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools).
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•    Knowledge of sustainability practices in the hospitality or resort industry is a plus.
•    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Passion for environmental stewardship and the outdoors is a plus.
•    Experience in the hospitality or resort industry preferred.

EDUCATION 
•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, communications, or a related field.


WORK EXPERIENCE
•    3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a resort, hospitality, or tourism setting.


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 
•    0-5% Travel Required
