AMB Sports & Entertainment is part of the Blank Family of Businesses comprised of the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons, Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United FC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta Drive GC, and PGA TOUR Superstore.
 

Position Summary

The Digital Experience Developer will play a key role in developing and executing engaging digital experiences across AMB Sports and Entertainment’s digital platforms, including (but not limited to) the Atlanta Falcons app, Atlanta United app, Mercedes-Benz Stadium app, and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium website. This role will work within the AMBSE Digital team to ensure seamless functionality and content execution across web and app CMS programs while also supporting additional digital projects as needed.

Reporting to the Digital Products and Platforms Manager, the ideal candidate will have a passion for digital innovation, technical expertise in web and app development, and a strong understanding of CMS platforms. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fan engagement and optimize digital experiences across AMBSE properties.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain content within various web and app CMS platforms to ensure a seamless fan experience across our owned and operated platforms.

  • Implement and execute digital experiences that enhance fan engagement and align with AMBSE’s business objectives.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, ticketing, strategy + innovation, and partnerships, to ensure accurate and timely updates to digital platforms.

  • Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements, collaborating with designers and developers to improve the functionality and user experience of digital products.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMS functionality, website performance, and app content.

  • Optimize digital content and layouts to ensure mobile-first, user-friendly experiences.

  • Support the testing and quality assurance of digital features before deployment.

  • Work with the Digital Products and Platforms Manager to analyze user behavior and performance data, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Ensure all digital content and experiences align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to help drive innovation across AMBSE digital platforms.

Skills and Basic Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in front-end development, web design, or a related field, with a focus on digital experiences.

  • Proficiency in front-end languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Knowledge of API integration and how to connect digital products with external systems.

  • Experience with Webflow's CMS a plus.

  • Understanding of UI/digital design principles, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

  • Familiarity with web design tools and development environments.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Media, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
