Special Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required to obtain DHS clearance.
  • Bachelor's required with +4 years of experience
  • MUST have COGNOS/Excel experience
  • This position currently allows for remote work but may transition to an onsite requirement at our designated office location, Monday through Friday, five days per week. This policy is subject to change based on business needs and operational requirements.

 

The Gist…

The Dashboard Developer will be an integral part of the HRM Workforce Analytics Support project. This role involves developing and maintaining dashboards to provide data insights to HRM, translating business needs into functional dashboards, and ensuring a user-friendly, visually appealing, and accurate data experience.


 

What Your Day Might Include…

  • Develop and implement dashboards that answer workforce-related questions.
  • Translate business/user requirements into effective and visually appealing dashboards.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., COGNOS, Excel).
  • Automate data reporting processes to reduce manual efforts.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all dashboards.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices to improve dashboard usability.
  • Maintain a centralized dashboard catalog and incident log.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Perform quality assurance, testing, and adhere to style guides.

Requirements

 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications…

  •  U.S. Citizenship required to obtain DHS clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field required with +4 years of experience
  • MUST have COGNOS/Excel experience.
  • Experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Proficiency with COGNOS, Excel (incl. Pivot Tables), and other analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of data integration, automation, and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in UI/UX design and collaboration is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a team setting.
