Amplify is seeking a Project Manager for K-5 Core Literacy programs, responsible for overseeing the development and support of both print and digital products in ELA and SLA. This fixed-term, remote position requires a bilingual professional with strong project management skills.
Responsibilities: Manage projects at various lifecycle stages, develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
Skills: Requires 5+ years of project management experience, fluency in Spanish, and proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet and JIRA, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates should have a BA/BS degree, experience in managing complex projects, and familiarity with education technology, preferably with vendor management experience.
Location: This position is fully remote, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the United States.
Compensation: $80000 - $100000 / Annually

Job Description Summary:
Amplify is seeking an experienced project manager to provide support for the development and ongoing support of print and digital products in the K-5 Core Literacy program, which includes both English Language Arts (ELA) and Spanish Language Arts (SLA) products. The project manager will manage projects through various phases within the product lifecycle, encompassing prototyping, maintenance, content development and revisions, art and design, production, and copyediting. This is a full time, fixed term position expected to last until December 31, 2025. This position is eligible for Amplify benefits.

The gross salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
